Picture this: Late 2017, Colombia. A gang drugged me, robbed me of everything I had. But let me tell you, giving up was never in my DNA. Instead of retreating back to Germany with my tail between my legs, I chose a different path – I packed my bags and headed Down Under to Australia.

Why? Because when life throws you curveballs, you hit back harder. In 2018, I kicked off my working holiday Australia, not just to escape debt (yep, they maxed out all my credit cards), but to rise from the ashes like a phoenix, stronger, more determined than ever before.

So buckle up, because this journey isn’t just about survival, it’s about turning setbacks into comebacks, and I’m here to show you how it’s done. Welcome to the ride of a lifetime!

By the way, my name is Eduard, and I’m meanwhile a 34-year-old travel nomad with multicultural roots.

In 2017, I left my home country, Germany, for good to explore the world and seek new opportunities. Ever since I’ve been passionate about traveling and successfully combined studying, traveling, and working. 

At this point in time I’ve lived in many countries, including Argentina, Spain, Australia, Russia, Mexico, Colombia, Indonesia, Thailand, and most recently Brazil (Update 4th April 2024: Last place was Brazil).
